Designs are available in the most common machine formats, including DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VP3 and XXX. Some designs also include BX files for Embrilliance. Check the File format list on each product page to confirm your machine's format.

How do I get my design after I buy it?

All designs are instant downloads. You can start stitching as soon as your purchase is complete.

Can I stitch these designs on items I sell?

Yes. Apex designs are digitized and copyrighted by Apex Embroidery Inc. You may stitch them out on finished items and sell those items for profit. The design files themselves may not be sold, shared, traded or exchanged in any way.

Are there restrictions on what I can sell?

Apex sells worldwide, and some designs can't be sold in certain regions for copyright or other legal reasons. Apex doesn't grant rights to any names, people, trademarks, logos or copyrighted artwork shown in a design, so please do your due diligence before selling.

What if my design file is defective?

Let us know within 48 hours and we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

Can I get a custom design made from my own logo or artwork?
